NOTICE IS HEREBY SERVED that the follwowing terms or phrases are filed, registered, or pending trademarks held by the Green Clean Institute Trust or by the Green Business League, Inc.  All parties are admonished to refrain from use of the following trademarks without the express written permission of the proper owner of the trademark.

Reference to other trademarks on this website are governed by the terms of the owner of the designated trademark, and no claims are made for trademarks referenced but not owned by the aforementioned entities.

Trademarks per this Notice:

• GBL Certified Green Consultant®
• Green Business League™
• GBL Certified Sustainability Officer™

All licensed use of these trademarks are for a period certain, not perpetually.  Such term unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement shall be ONE (1) YEAR in duration and shall be withdrawn unless the applicant for trademark use enters into another one (1) year period of use.  

Misuse or infringement of any trademark herein references shall be subject to a $50,000 liquidated damages award.  Legal action to protect our trademark is something we do not wish to employ, but if the infringement continues, the infringing party shall be liable for damages, legal services and court costs.

The Green Business League seal/logo contains the trademark wording and is hereby made part of any infringement provision.  The Green Business League has established these trademarks broadly at great cost of time and money.  This is our intellectual property, and the infringement damages the efforts made by this organization.
